ABOUT us
We are a model aircraft club, located northwest of Valparaiso, Indiana, with approximately 100 members primarily focused on radio controlled airplanes. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive community of enthusiasts dedicated to assisting those who wish to learn more or start pursuing model aviation. We insist on creating a safe environment for our members and guests.

The large size of the airfield presents the luxury of being able to fly giant scale aircraft very comfortably. This includes a 465' grass runway (north-south) by 275' feet wide (east-west) with a 300x30' state of the art Geotextile runway, a shelter structure and Porta Potties for the comfort of the members and visitors. The field is well tended and mowed twice a week.

We sponsor many club events throughout the flying season which are all open to the public. Occasionally there is a modest fee, lunch is usually provided. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in model aviation. Our facilities are behind locked gates and can only be accessed if you are a member. Flying Field
DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE FIELD FROM THE NORTH
From 130 turn south onto 625W and follow which turns into Jones Road and then into 675W. Follow the curve around and take the split to the south until the road becomes 650W and the field is on the east side of the road.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE FIELD FROM THE SOUTH
From Rt. 30 just east of Deep River Water Park (about 1 mile) turn north on 725W (across from the strawberry farm) and proceed north to 450N (Hoosiers Nest House) and turn east. Continue East about 1/2 mile and turn north onto 650W. The Field should be visible within 1/4 mile on the east side of the road.
